Refund policy
EXCHANGE
We will happily exchange your purchase on all full price item/s. The buyer is responsible for the postage of the returned item. Once the returned item has be been received by Morgy + Wills, the exchanged item will be sent within 3 business days.
We do not offer exchange on any SALE items.
RETURNS/CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind and would like to return your item/s, we are happy to offer store credit within 28 days of purchase. The item must be unwashed and unused with all original labels attached.
Postage of the returned item/s will be at the buyers expense. The store credit will be emailed once the item has been received by Morgy + Wills.
We do not accept returns on any SALE items.
FAULTY ITEM
If you believe your item is faulty within 3 months of purchase, we are happy to either replace it with the same product or offer a refund for both the product and delivery.
